Today I am back with my newest cration in the 1.9 Snapshots! I have created Parachutes! The Parachutes are intelligent, so they will activate when they detect that you may be about to go splat! They even look quite pleasing from first and third person.
To Craft a Parachute, toss 6 String and 4 White Wool on top of a crafting table:
Features:
-If you have at least one parachute in your inventory, the parachute will activate if you too high above air for a short time.
-Once a parachute is activated, it will be comsumed and you will need to craft another.
-You can instantly activate your parachute by holding it in your hand if you are above air.
-You will take no fall damage when you land on the ground with a parachute.
-Parachutes will look nicely from first person and third person.
-Once the issues with levitation and multiplayer are fixed, this will be multiplayer compatible.
-Only One Command Block
-Requires Minecraft version at least 15w31c. All snapshots after that will be compatible with it. This will not work in 1.8 or below.
-If you are low on health and you have a parachute, the parachute will activate from lower places.

This is my creation. I do realize that TheRedEngineer has made parachutes in 1.8 using horses. But my version was created completely by me in 1.9. Along with the head and every command I wrote by myself. Please do not just leave a comment saying that I stole this. If you have any issues with installation leave a comment and I will assist you. This creation requires it being in the spawn chunk or else it will not work. It will generate the creation to the east. Installation is the same as any other One Command Block module. To get the command, click on Minecraft World Save for the .txt file. Or you can use Pastebin to access the direct command.

-Parachutes will now activate faster if you are low on health.
-You can more quickly activate parachutes when you force them by selecting the parachute.
