Game idea!
2 teams of 10 players a team spawns in the parking lot, the other in any room in the hospital, the team in the parking lot are German and hospitalized Russians, the Germans have to try to go to the hospital and all the Russians are trying to kill the Russians, of course, the keep them from German.
