Full 1x1 Survival.
You spawn on a piece of bedrock with a chest in front of you.
Take the items in the chest and break the sign and chest.
You can also keep the chest, if that's your thing.
Note: Keep Inventory is on. Turn it off if you prefer a real challenge.

Tips:
Create a tiny platform out of grass early game.
Get a cobblestone generator fast, as this will help you get resources.
If you need more water than provided (e.g. a farm), get an infinite water source going.
It is also recommended to get trees going, as this gives you wood which I did not include in the chest.
