A comination of a randomizer and a binary decoder makes random decisions for minigames and such easier,

It can be used to decide between 2, 4, or 8 different options to randomly decide.


This is not the fastest design possible, but I believe it is the most compact for an adjustable binary randomiser. (31x8x6)
