20 Input/Ouput Unary Adder/Decoder

A simple expansion of Grizdale's Unary Adder, which, as described by Grizdale;
"Is an adder but not just any adder this is a Unary (base 1) adder. What is a Unary adder you may ask? Simply put it is an adder which works in the Unary numerical system as opposed the the Binary system which most adders work in for redstone.

Heres a quick logic table which may help you understand what this does.

This simple expansion provides a 20 input and output adder with a decoder.
