22 bit Redstone Shifter

Hi,

That is not the kind of things i am used to upload here but because i struggled a lot in the past to find such a modular and stackable shifter, so i though that i should upload it because, who knows, it might help someone somtime.

So this is a simple pistonless 22 bit Shifter, it ain't very fast, nor beautiful, but it works in a way that is acceptable to me so there it is.
Feel free to improve it if you want to.

With a little bit of observation, you'll notice that it can be shortened or stacked almost endlessly.
