Changing FPS - click to reveal
1. go to your Minecraft saves folder (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves)
2. go to 2D Animation Engine\datapacks\2d_animation_engine\data\engine\functions
3. open timeline.mcfunction with any text editor
4. edit "frame=" at line 21, 22, 23

The minimum frame is 1, maximum is ∞
20 Tick = 1 second

Deleting Animation - click to reveal
1. Go to the last Frame
2. Press the delete (spruce) button continuously (just press the right click button)
