This map didn't take too long. Making the terrain took 10-20 minutes (time spent experimenting and messing around included). Adding the vegetation and cliff faces took 15-30 minutes. Overall it didn't take as much time as most of my stuff. It's a one biome map with no beaches or anything like that, so it wasn't too hard to do.

I used a tree repository from online so I didn't have to go through the painstakingly long process of designing custom trees.

If I could I would go back and work on the vegetation, add more variety in the plants and increase the density. Sadly, the project file corrupted and had to stick with what I had.

The longest part was rendering the screenshots. I used Chunky to make these really nice HD photos, but each image takes a few hours to process. Secretly I wanted to increase the resolution and SPP, but that would be tripling or even quadrupling the render time :P
