This time I improved my old decimal to binary decoder, made it much more compact and faster. It can decode numbers from 0 to 999,999,999. Wool explanations are given in the video. CNB's hex memory cell inspired me and I designed the orange part as a number selector. If you want to use this decoder in your calculator or any project, please notice me and don't forget to give credits.
