Lets start with The Compound:





I Need to start by saying this map is hard on ALL difficulties. With The Compound, I really did try to make this original, and I think it is. You spawn just outside a worn down wooden house, The Survivor Shack. It is your best defence against monsters. There is an underground area in the Survivor Shack that acts as a 'Safe Zone'. You get this in every difficulty, but the area is smaller each time. As you can see in the image above, your light sources are torches, glass block in the roof (letting in sunlight) and some glowstone, so monsters spawn frequently. They will spawn more frequently at night time as the light let in from the roof is at a lower level. In the shack, there is a chest and 1 torch, and a opening out to a single tree. There is a fence around your shack, but it is more worn out the higher the difficulty level, with pieces missing. To complete the challenges for all diffuculties, you will need to go down to the Mineshaft and find the chests and ores that will lead you to victory, however, watch out for the monsters The Rules are more complicated than my other maps so be sure to read them

• You CAN build in the basement of the Survivor Shack but you CANNOT destroy blocks. (Unless you placed them)

ChestBlock is a survival map inspired by the popular SkyBlock except I have tried to make it open to players of all levels. SkyBlock has started this by adding HardCore mode, but I went a step further. ChestBlock has 3 difficulty levels; Easy, Medium and Hardcore.

In ChestBlock, you spawn standing next to a chest. You only have this chest, and a few cobble blocks next to the chest to build from. From here, you must survive by using the materials given to you in the chest. Here is what you start with on each difficulty level:

BiomeBash was my own creation. There may be other similar to this but I didn't base this on anything I have seen on the forums. You start in a similar circumstance to ChestBlock. All you have is a few pieces of dirt and a chest with some items in. However, this does differ to ChestBlock quite a lot. In BiomeBash, there are 6 floating islands, each with a different theme. For example, Desert, or Nether. You need to travel to all 6 of these islands to gather the materials and resources needed for the challenges that need completing. There are also hidden chests on the islands. You may HAVE to find these to complete the game at higher difficulty levels, such as Hardcore mode. Again, like ChestBlock, there are 3 difficulties, Easy, Medium and Hardcore. Here are some pictures of what you get in the starting chest with each difficulty.

Hardcore: Can NEVER die.

FourBridges is also my own creation. Basically, you start on a small dirt area. There is 1 tree and a chest. The lower the difficulty, the more in the chest. Some of the materials you get from an island are used to rebuild a bridge linking to the next island. Why not just not go to the other islands? You need the items there to complete the challenges. One of the rules is you have to rebuild the bridges with the same material they are half built out of as they stand. The correct block to build with is also stated on signposts attatched to the bridges. It's a fun survival map that is a little bit different from others. I think this one may be a bit shorter than others, but I'm glad it was original I won't post images of what you start with on each difficulty becasue on all difficulties, you don't start with much at all. You get your goods by travelling along the bridges to other islands which have the chests

Rules:


You CAN'T destroy any blocks on the bridges that were already there. You can only place blocks to rebuild.
You MUST rebuild bridges with the correct block. The correct block is stated on a sign by each bridge.
No hacks (Flying, TooManyItems etc)
You CAN expand the islands. (As long as the expansion doesn't conflict with the bridges)
Play on Survival mode.
Have Fun
