Parkour Map Designed By Team Transcend



This Map was designed as an entry to the Diamonds in the Rough Map Play-through Series By Yogscast Sjin and Nilesy

Brief Map Overview

The map consists of 5 exciting levels with ranging difficulties of parkour.

Some levels give you potion effects to enhance the gameplay and/or make it more challenging.


Level 1: Drunken Lava Run (Blindness and Nausea)

Level 2: Wool Madness (Regular Parkour Mixed With Ladders)

Level 3: Long Jump (Featuring Regeneration Effect)

Level 4: Snow High Jump (Jump Boost 5 With Ladders)

Level 5: Multiple Choice Chambers (Just for Fun)


There is still LOTS to be added, so I have marked the project with 40% completion to allow for these new additions, however, at the current time, the map is fully playable and as far as we know there are no bugs. Should you find one, please report it in the comments section so we can fix it ASAP!


Game Types

At the current time, we have 3 planned game-mode features, only 1 of which is implemented due to the fact that this is competition entry and we wished to have that game-mode finished first!

HOW TO INSTALL
  1. Download the map
  2. Set up a server: www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server
  3. After running server for the first time, close it and edit the server.properties, adding the lines featured at the bottom
  4. After doing so, save the file and replace the world folders with the folder you downloaded and rename it to "world"
