currently halfway done with half of the whole structure —— so roughly 25-30% complete in total

As usual, I severely underestimated the workload......... that or I severely overestimated my motivation. In any case, I've got to move on, and will likely return at some point in the future; hopefully by the end of this year.


Kanazawa Castle Park can be found in the heart of the city of Kanazawa. Its most iconic castle structure, the long storehouse—the Gojukken Nagaya, is a recreation of its 19th century appearance after having suffered numerous fires.

During the Edo Period, Kanazawa Castle served as home to the Maeda Clan, the second most powerful family of their time just behind the Tokugawa Shogunate.
