7 - 1 Chome 7 is the seventh house on the seventh block of the Chome number 1 of the Machi Fukagawa. in Koto, Tokyo

It is a early showa era (1930s,40s ) Kanban Kenchiku house and one of a few that originate from the time before the second world war.

Obviously it is. It is a reconstruction of the Former Fukagawa ward which is now part of the Koto ward in Tokyo before its destruction in the second world war during the Tokyo air raids.
