I am making a Tekkit Spawn for servers that are getting started or have already been started!

- Community Condenser
- A nice spawn room
- A waterfall
- A command room
- Fireplace
- Workshop
- Enchantment room
- Possibly a market depending on what plugin you have for your economy
- A Food Chest that will be shared to help out beginners with food
- Workshop that will include a blast furnace, Bring your own battery Electric machines (Possibly voters will get access to free machine, But I don't know how to do that", Crafting tables, and a diamond cycler.
- A lava pit
- A park area.
- Maybe a jail
- No Roof
- A walk way from the initial spawn
- Possibly others Changes!!

I am trying to raise enough money to start a 20 slot server for tekkit. This would have a improved spawn and 70 plugins I have already picked put(Maybe less...haven't tested it). I would like to help on the design because i am a great builder, i'm reliable and i just love building.
I would like to see no trolling.
Well i would like some good plugins because that would make a great server.
Im just wondering, Do you host your own tekkit server or does a hosting site do this? Also do you have any suggetions to the spawn area?
