Actually, to simplify it, you don't need all those repeaters there. You can just connect them to a redstone torch underground. It works the same way.

Or, to simplify it even further, take away all the repeaters once the minecarts are in motion. Remember that the repeaters are only there to give the minecarts a push at the right tick, and you'd just have to keep the rails powered to keep the cart moving.

1. Down a swiftness potion
2. Possess spawn eggs
3. Spawn 333 entities and push them into the minecarts
4. Push yourself into a minecart
5. Attempt to dislocate yourself (and/or your body parts)

You could use MCedit. Just write a script for it that makes powered rails, then another script that sets a minecart on top of it at a certain velocity. I believe that's how SethBling made his.
