Here we are Week 3!
This week is special at play.TreasureIsland.IO because we introduce some real game mechanics to it! With the creation of the class groundwork and some more builds, we are happy to showcase some of these photos, and pleased to keep you in the loop!
We didn't add any more 3D models this week, but we did manage to move them in the game as some class items. When you start, you will be given one of 3 weapons as your class, depending on your choice.
We will be finishing the second town this coming week, "The Fishing Village" as it's been dubbed. As well as showing off some of our plan work, check out that interactable hologram!
Check our these classes, and let me know who YOU will choose, in the comments. *Psst, make sure you leave a diamond, and some love*
The Archer - Quick attacks at a far distance. If you choose the archer class, you will progress through the levels up until level 10, where you will choose to specialize in one of 3 subclasses:
The Hunter - Setting traps, and being an all-around utility class. The Hunter class is most designed for those looking to assist their team in a fight.
The Sniper - The Soloist. With a wide range of attacks, namely those of longer range, and limited utility, the sniper is best suited for those looking to keep the enemy at a distance.
The Arcane Archer - With a strong group focus, the Arcane Archer can deal some heavy blows! Though due to the immense amount of focus needed, the defense is a bit lacking. Don't forget to feed your tank!
The Mage - Allows for powerful attacks at a moderate distance.
The Cleric - With lowered warmup times for spells, and mainly utility, the Cleric is mainly a utility sub-class. Health and hunger are their game! Ultimate support role.
The Destructor - Powerful spells; loonnngg warm up. Reading the incantations could take hours for the most normal of people, but not for this mage! Powerful spells like Fire and Ice are their specialty.
The Necromancer - It's not what you know, but who you know. The necromancer has the ability to spawn in entities to do his dirty work for him.
The Warrior - Brings brute force and powerful attacks to close-quartered combat.
The Rouge - Quick, and nimble. Maybe he'll place a potion in your hand, or steal your gold, and replace it with poison. Who knows but him!? The warriors best friend, and strongest utility-man.
The Knight - Wielding a strong sword, forged of fine "Estarian Metal" this class can pack a punch! While they are only moderately effective when compared to attack strength of the Destructor, or Sniper, they can take a beating!
The Dragoon - Armed with a sturdy long spear, this sub-class can attack from a distance, and not even sweat it. Known as the more "mystical" or the warrior class, the Dragoon can cast basic spells to hit from even further away.
So, I hope you liked the picture, and please, let me know if you have any suggestions on our Treasure Island Discord: discord.gg/nGfkzFh
Next week we should finish the walls, and start on our Dungeon Locations. That should be inspiring! Also; --> We are looking to ramp up production, so if you are a builder and would like to be PMC famous, and be showcased on our website, please, please PLEASE shoot me a message! Enjoy guys.
Next week, we're doing a monthly video, showcasing the months' progress! Stay tuned.
