Hello Everyone, my name is Calisto_iRedux and welcome to the download page for my first adventure map ever! This is an adventure map with puzzles and parkour made specifically for 1.3+'s Adventure Mode. This means no placing or destroying of any blocks or entities (Other than mobs)!

This map contains 2-3 hours of game play. I will be adding more puzzles and mini games in the future.
Currently, I am the only one to have played or tested this map. That is why it is only 95% complete. I would love input/critiques/recommendations to improve this map. Especially with any puzzles or parkour sections that may be too buggy to work for you. You need a fairly good computer to play this map as it contains over 1,000,0000 redstone based items!

My adventure map has three chapters: The first contains puzzles requiring knowledge of redstone and Minecraft game mechanics. The second chapter is mostly parkour with some thinking involved. The third chapter contains battles with hostile mobs, and even a BOSS at the end!

The Story is roughly based on that of the classic first person shooter DOOM. Here is the intro:

You are a part of an elite Marine squad dispatched to a government funded research facility located on a small uncharted Island. You were told that communication with the facility halted several days ago, so you and your team were sent to the island to find out the cause. Unfortunately, on your way to the island your aerial transport vanished in mid-air. With you in it! You found yourself suddenly falling into the ocean below. Your team, nowhere to be found. All communication has been lost. The subject of research in this facility has been labeled TOP SECRET.


It looks like it is up to you alone to find what is causing these strange occurrences and find a way off this island alive!
