Improved Etho Horse Timer

Today I show you how to make a redstone device that allows you to accurately time the speed of your horse by up to 1/10 of a second. I got the idea from the Mindcrack server's Etho. As of me posting this video he has not completed his horse timer and I believe mine is more compact. I thank him for the inspiration.
Sorry for the long winded tutorial. I'm not used to making a tutorial this long!
