Hello people and Welcome to yet another project in Thagaer!
Today I will show you around Dawnton Castle.

Dawnton Castle is one of the biggest castles in Aglanor, a land far far north.
The Castle lies on a cliff and the only way to get in is by boat.
There is an entrance in a cave which leads up to the main gate. It is located in the middle of Aglanor.

The Castle was built by Dorak Stoneburnt and the Stoneburnt family has ruled the castle ever since.
The Stoneburnts are pretty nice people but to outsiders they are kind of mysterious. They treat their people well.
Right now, Dawnton Castle is occupied by Eran Stoneburnt, He is lord of Dawnton & Dawnton Castle.
He is busy training men for the upcoming war.

The Castle doesn't look that big but from the inside it is pretty big. It has a Throne room and Dining room for the lord.
There is a wine cellar, a kitchen, and a pantry. There is room for 20 Servants in the castle and they live in a big room.
There is room for 28 Guards in the castle and there are various Guard points. There also are 4 cells, an armoury,
and small training grounds. The rest of the Garisson of Lord Erak Stoneburnt is held in the city of Dawnton, here there are bigger training grounds and barracks.

I guess you can say this castle is inspired by the Iron Islands in Game of Thrones, But not that much, it's just the cliff part...
It took me like 2 days to build and I think it was worth it.

Dawnton City will be built sometime but I want some variation so I'm jumping trough different countries in Thagaer.
