This is admittedly not a very exciting design. It is a small part of a much larger project, but since it is capable of standing alone I thought I would upload it separately while I work on the rest.
The design was sort of an experiment in asymmetry. The idea is that two or three of these will be clamped onto the side of a floating rock spire. One side has the mechanism that anchors it onto the spire, while the other has an extendable sail that helps steer the ship. The ship's own engine lets it help push the large mass of rock around. The spire itself will have a lot of other types of structures around the outside.
