This build is meant to cover a variety of needs in a relatively small space. It includes a first floor general store, a second floor community gathering area + deck, and a top floor staff lounge + deck (only accessible by flight [unless modified]). On the side of the building includes the entrance to a small underground apothecary (potion shop). Each of the above ground floors include a fire place.

Additional Notes

The texture pack used in the pictures is 'John Smith'.

why did you include 5 layers of stone under this schem?!? my citizens builder takes forever to build this for no reason. . . nice house though. almost gave it a diamond

The build has an apothecary underneath of it.There is a small underground passage and potion room there. So those '5 layers of stone' are part of the built meant to be under the surface.

nice use of awnings and balconies.

It's a shame you didn't put a bit more detail into the interior though.

Thank you, but the interior was left intentionally blank for the most part so people can customize it to suit their needs.
