This is about 2000x2000 chunks which is more than you will ever need.I was looking for a world like this for a while,and I never found it,so I made it myself in MCEDIT.
Took a hell of a long time,because MCEDIT seems to delete chunks instead of blanking them,which means that minecraft will automatically regenerate the chunks.
Anyways,this is it.There is an island you spawn on,its not very big and you can easily remove it.Do whatever you want with it,but if you make an adventure map with it,I wouldn't say no to a spot in the credits :)
