This is just a fun little thing that I created. It's a giant american flag, which if activated will wave. Activating the waving will make the game lag and on most computers you will not be able to see the waving because of the lag. There are instructions on the big glowstone arrow on how to make it activate if you think your computer can handle it.

only waves once. there's very little lag on my machine so its not a glitch. the red stone isn't on a clock or gate of any kind, it just pushes pistons out once

It definitely is on a giant clock. The visual will only update if you get close enough.
If you don't believe me, then please look at the circuitry.

ermm, I dont have a very extensive knowledge of redstone but im pretty sure that is not a clock. Also i can walk directly up to the flag and it will not move.

If you go look at the back of the thing, there is a line going back to the beginning. So when you send a pulse down the line, then it will creating a looping signal. It's not exactly a clock in the normal sense, but the whole mechanism is a big clock. like you can track the path of the redstone repeaters to see that it's a loop. I mean maybe there is something wrong with this save file. Let me go check on that :)
