This is a more modern (box based) house, that would be very average to a person who has just started a new minecraft world, the point of this house is for it to be very basic and minimalistic

Some Uses:
- Survival Maps
- Starting house
- TNT fodder (for those griefing maniacs)
- Centre of expansion
