i took the time to build an ME autocrafting computer setup from the applied energistics mod for those who like the hands on approach for learning how to build such things. ill admit, my minecraft and mods versions are outdated, currently running the direwolf20 pack version 1.7.0 for minecraft 1.7.10. i didnt create the mod, i just put the blocks together in a downloadable world so people can learn how to build it.
