Argonath from Lord of the Rings.
Built by me and a buddy over a weekend, maybe 6-7 hours of work.
Creative mode and VoxelSniper (for terrain).
They're ~70 blocks high and if I get the time I will probably use a sky-limit mod to make them ~200m high.
Might then also give them a makeover in that scale, probably not ;P.
The texture pack is my own compilation, though mainly Dokucraft.
