How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

A massive multi-biome island surrounded by a couple small Tropical and Ice-Covered Islands. (Including a Volcano on the island far South West.) Athelos also contains mountainsides, a blasted desert, custom trees as well as areas where you can build a civilization. Use this map for your server or just for fun. This is one of my first projects with World Painter, so tell me what I'm doing wrong or right. Thanks!

I think you did well on the topography. But personally, I dont like those big trees - simply because they dont look like a forest at all and unrealistic in relation to the mountains (proportions).

Thanks for the advice, I'll totally be sure to make the trees more spread out and a bit different next map.

Yes, It was a texturepack back in 1.5 but sadly I lost the name. Ill try to find it for ya.

Nice :) I'm guessing your using a mod to get the red and purple leaves, or a texturepack?
