This is an auto harvesting wheat farm in the same style as my cane & pumpkin/melon farms. As with all wheat farming you'll need to replant the seeds after harvesting. One lever operates both sides.

I forgot to mention that this also works with potato & carrot farming, I originally built it as a wheat farm before the other vegetables were in the game.
