Avatar: The last airbender
This map features 5 islands all connected together. One spawn island, one Fire island, one Water island, one Earth island, and one Air Island. (the 4 elements). All with their own unique theme but still possessing it's oriental nature.
Each island connects by bridge and by the roots connecting from the cherry-blossom tree in the center.
Below is a PvP-like arena with each element, making it the perfect battle ground, yet being surrounded by peaceful arches and greenery.
The idea is to have an NPC or armor stand on each island and have players walk around to choose their own element for the server. It makes it a unique and exciting experience.
