This is the official terrain map that the Avatar: The Fourth Cycle server will be using. I did my best to flesh out the terrain according to the very vague maps of avatar I found online. I left a platform for Omashu and a flat area for Ba Sing Se.

The map is from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
