To finish off the new 1.17 mobs, I made some Axolotl Mob Statues at a 1 pixel : 2 blocks scale. There is one statue for each color variant of the mob for a total of five statues.

You can find schematics for LiteMatica and WorldEdit as well as a world save with all the statues in the download.
Feel free to download and use them however you like, but please give credit if you do :)
