BAC TSR.2

the BAC TSR.2 was supposed to be a reconnaissance aircraft flown by the RAF. however the project was scrapped by the newly elected government in 1965. it was supposed to replace the English Electric Canberra. it is said that if the project was cancelled then the aircraft might have still flown to this day as some of the technology was way ahead in time then any aircraft during the 1960s. there are only 2 full aircraft left (one in RAF Cosford Museum and one in the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, England) however parts of the aircraft such as the cockpit section and its Bristol Siddeley Olympus 22R-320 engines can be found in Brooklands Museum and Gatwick Avaiton Museum. the aircraft was also featured in the anime Stratos 4. for further details about this aircraft please check the wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BAC_TSR-2
