Bananas - Only One Command

Hello! Today, I've made bananas! You can eat them, grow them and more!

Tutorial:
First, to grow bananas, you will need a banana plant. You can get one by breaking
tall grass (or shrubs). After planting one, it will take about ten minutes to grow
four bananas. To break the plant, go near it and look straight down. To harvest
the bananas when they are grown, go near them and look straight up. To eat a
banana, hold it and look straight down. It will heal one and a half hunger points.
Bananas can also be used as a weapon, dealing five damage when throwing them.
When thrown, they can travel up to ten blocks.
