You are awoken by the sound of crashing waves against the shore. It seems that your boat has crashed. Last you remember you were sailing home in your ship. You must survive here, and eventually you will need to go home.

This map is a survival island-style map that takes place on an archipelago. For an additional challenge, the stone underground is replaced with circle stone brick. This map has a list of challenges to complete. In the map there is a room you can teleport to that lists all of the challenges, and allows you to check them off. This place also lets you change some of the game rules. As you play you will find some hidden areas, such as the home of the previous survivor. The bare essentials series is a series of survival maps made to test your ability to make do with what you have, and be careful what you use things for. Good luck, and happy survival.

Added reeds which were needed is some of the challenges, and weren't there.
Added a cactus, for the heck of it.
Made the game start during daytime, instead of night, as it used to.
