What good is a crazy man with an airship and powerlust without a home (Albeit one built on the bones of his enemies) to call his own?  
Bartleby (BarryBarrison, as he's called) presents his beloved spire, a sky-stabbing monument built with three goals in mind:

1. To strike fear in people's hearts.
   
2. To have a place to practice the dark arts and strike fear in the hearts of gods and men alike.
   
3. To prove the the universe that his member is the biggest.
