Hello,
this is a Baserunner from the video game "Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak".
Baserunners are sturdy and reliable expedition support vehicles that can deploy scanners, anti-vehicle turrets, anti-aircraft turrets, send reconnaissance drones and retrieve artifacts.
They are equipped with a small dual cannon turret but still are quite vulnerable on their own.
Due to the Baserunners versatility there exist many different variants, for example science Baserunners, Baserunners for farming or salvaging and military Baserunners, of course.
Unfortunately, Chunky can't render custom heads and not even dragon heads. That is why all custom heads (the Baserunner's headlights and rear view mirror and the drone's camera) and the two dragon heads on the dual cannon turret look like Steve's head.
Also, for some reason Chunky flips the observers' orientation by 90°.
The two small armor stands on top of the middle antenna can be summoned by pressing the two stone buttons next to the jungle wood fence closest to the antennas.

Enjoy!

But once you've got, let's say World Edit, and you have downloaded the schematic and put it into World Edit's "schematics" folder, you can join the world you want to paste it into, type //schematic load <the schematic's name>, hit enter and then //paste whereever you want it to be pasted.
I built this Baserunner in 1.12, I'm not sure if pasting it in a 1.13+ world works since the schematic format changed from 1.12 to 1.13.
So, if it doesn't work in 1.13+, try pasting it into a 1.12 world.
