Hello I am back with another skyscraper, this time, Bay tower! Bay Tower is a luxury condo building, with direct waterfront access. With this building, I wanted this to be a great place to live, with a great atmosphere around it. I decided the best way to approach this was to make it not just a condo, but a public space to have a great, relaxing waterfront atmosphere. The first 2 floors of the podium are completely public, with shops, restaurants, and stores. the upper 2 floors of the podium would be a private restaurant for residents, and other services for them, including an outdoor pool on the upper left of the podium from this view. There is a drop off zone for visitors going to the beach, and beside the beach is a stage for live performances and music for concerts. There is also an indoor bar beside the stage, with outdoor seating beside the performance. I am very proud of this design, and feel that this building would thrive as a great public space, and waterfront condos. If you like this build, please check out my page for more! Enjoy!
