This building is located in Indianapolis and was built in 1912.

I had that building ready for some time in Columbia, but as it's not a part of it I decided to make a stand-alone project for it.
It's a really nice building. It's not big, it's not small. It fits into a small city and a big one too. It has a universal architectural style that will make any street look prettier.

Building Details
- Building itself has 11 floors; Each floor has 6 rooms - 3 Silver, 2 Golden (Both are medium size) and 1 Diamond (Big size)
- There's a 2 floors tall Lobby at your service - I've left it empty, so everyone will be able to decorate and furnish it up to his/her will.
- Roof is decorated with chimneys, air conditioners and radom water pumps.
- Blocks used for the building: Iron, Wood (Block, Slabs), Wool (Red, White, Black, Gray), Stonebrick (Block, Stairs, Slabs) + various decorations like: bookshelfs, flower pots, paintings, crafting tables etc. This set of blocks make the building universal, so it should look good on any Texture Pack.
- Rooms in the building are empty, so everyone can furnish and decorate them up to his/her will. I've made example pictures of how they can be finished.
