The BBVA Tower (also known as the Provincial Financial Center)4 is a skyscraper located in the city of Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. It was designed by architects Gustavo Machado, John Machado and Félix Paván and inaugurated in 1982. With 35 floors and 159 meters high, it stands out for being the fifth tallest office tower in the city and in Venezuela. It is located in the Candelaria Parish, in the Libertador Municipality, northwest of Caracas, specifically on the corner of Cervecería.
This building houses the headquarters of one of the main private financial institutions operating in the country, Banco Provincial, which is controlled by the Spanish group Banco Bilbao Vizcaya or BBVA, hence, since 1997, it has been called Torre BBVA Banco Provincial.
