Beauclair Palace in Toussaint
Witcher 3: Blood & Wine

One of the best-preserved artifacts of the elven era, the Beauclair Palace was painstakingly restored and partially rebuilt by the famed Nilfgaardian architect Faramond. Master Faramond, a scholar and expert on nonhuman architecture, is considered the founder of the Neoelven School, of which the Beauclair Palace, home to the rulers of Toussaint, is the most characteristic example.

- palace is not furnished ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- map is in progress
- no, I won't make whole Toussaint - it's too difficult for one person

I've been trying to build Toussaint and it's a very very difficult job! Started with the harbor and had to screenshot every little detail to make it as accurate as possible.

It's amazing to see this build and inspires me to continue with my project as well!

Wow, good luck making Beauclair. This city is actually pretty hard to build due to its location on hill. Making Toussaint is really time-consuming and I can't wait for the moment when You upload it :)

yeah, I've made an overlay of the game map on WorldPainter, almost 1:1 scale so I have the locations of everything sorted out pretty good. But the hardest part is indeed the terrain, and I couldn't find any height map so it's not that easy xD.

Also the reason why I started with the port first, as it doesn't have that extreme of a terrain.

I'll upload some stuff when I find the time ;)

I was wondering when someone would make this. You did a pretty nice job. I've been wanting to make this ever since I first played Blood & Wine, but I lacked the time to re-develop my building skills. Perhaps sometime in the future I'll be able to create the terrain for most of Toussaint, and this could be used (with your permission), in a community project of sorts. Of course, that's all a long way in the future.

Thanks m8, well, getting into building this map was pretty hard for me but once I started it wasn't that difficult and I reallly enjoyed my time bulding this palace. If u really want to develop this project in the future, I think there will be no problem for me to give you permission to do this.

Thanks. As I said, it'll probably be weeks if not months before I can hope to start, but it's good to know I can start when I want without problems.
