xvidcap is good for screen capture, but dunno if it works for windows. it is without sound.

Thanks for the sound. I can record fine, but when I render the movie out it has some weird things going on.

this is caused by youtube, you can't fix it. Youtufe f*cks up all my videos.

True, youtube quality isn't good, but this problem is in the video on my hard drive to.
