Hey, I was creating a map with this, and I realized I don't have access to some new blocks/mechanics for some reason, namely Pale Wood and Resin blocks. I put a lot of time and effort into creating this map, and It'd be nice to have these new things for some odd situations.

Do you know why this is happening? Can I edit my preexisting world files to fix this?

sadly not possible, as flat world layers only affect overworld

I dont think so, flat world layers only apply to overworld as far as I know

You can use Noise Generation rules (JSON) to make it empty.
