It spawns iron and gold ingots, nothing more
I also have 2 command blocks in a chest that do something when you place them, check it out!
The command blocks sets the "goldchance" variable to a random number between 0 and 100, then summons iron if it's below 90 and gold ingots if above or equal to 91
