This started as a prompt I gave to the build staff, to create a Bavarian style manor house/castle. I took some elements of the styles I saw online, and added a bit of my own flair to it, so as usual it's not 100% real world accurate. This was another fun one to make, and I enjoyed the interiors on this a bit more than usual, as it was fun to create things that fit player size with the blocks given. I think it would have been good to have waited until after 1.14 to do the interiors, but I wanted to get this one done and move on to the next project.
