Better PvP in One Command

This command is server compatible ✔

In only one command I bring you Better PvP in One Command!
Now you can have all the cool PvP Benefits without all the plugins! 


What this command has to offer:
+Blood when a player is damaged.
+Sound for when a player is damaged.
+Throwable TNT bombs that do some serious damage to entities, as well as throws all nearby entities (excluding players) into the air!
+Kill notifications: Golden text and a little 'ping' to notify a player when they have killed someone.
+Kill buffs: Heals the player 3 hearts and almost all hunger Bars after they slay another player.

Installation
This command works best if you create a new world but if you are presice it shouldn't matter.
-Step 1: Download the command .txt file. If that doesn't work, just copy the command text from the file into a command block (/give @p command_block). (Tip: Place the command block in the same as the world spawn to prevent it from breaking.)
-Step 2: Press 'Enter' or 'RETURN'
-Step 3: Power the command block with a Redstone source. (Note; This won't work if you put the Redstone source ontop of it, you can put it anywhere else, though.)
-Step 4: Right Click the "Aquire Bombs" sign to aquire some nifty bombs. (Drop to detonate) 
-Step 5: Have fun with your friends or play on your own! It's works both ways!
