This farm has a house has 4 bedrooms,1 kitchen, 1 dining room, and extra chest storage. Each and every bedroom has at least 1 chest, 1 crafting table, and 1 bookshelf. The wheat farm is big and only part grown( it will grow well in your position). There is about 30 animals or so, that have a nice barn. It is OK with the default or other texture packs but the rustic is what I used. Texture Pack is rustic pack 16x
