How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

i made this map first to play it as single player, but i want to make it a big war map. So i made it 18 vs 18 map. there are 3 things in the map there is for single player but i wrote it on a sign. the map is 18 attackers vs 18 defenders. there is only 1 way to get into the castle and that is the bridge. sorry for my bad English.
