This project originally started as apartments for an addition to another building I made borrowing from another popular project, Modular Architecture. While on the last level, we ended up deciding to scratch the apartment idea. What we ended ended up with was a massive four floor cube with a lightstone fountain and sacred tree in the middle. (Half of the complex is underground.) The third floor is really just an observation deck but is still a level that the elevator stops on.
