Blank City *update 2*

A blank, walled shell of a city.



Feel free to use this template for the basis of your next city build.



**update 1: Added some stairs and a platform close to the port entrance.
 Removed waterfall feature in place of a pillar in the lower tier section.



**update 2: added more sections, started with some rough foundations and placeholder'y goodness.

  Added some color by separating districts with different color palettes.

  Heavily de-walled the lower city for an easier navigation.
