Here is a schematic from a Blaze farm. You get the items and the experience points. The idea i have from Sparkofphoenix, so subscribe him if you want.
Instructions:
1.Go onto the roof and wait until enough Blazes have spawned.
2.Go downstairs and open the lock. After that close it again.
3.Push the button and the Blazes get damaged.
4.Now the Blazes have only a half heart. You can kill them with only 1 hit.

Note: There is only one spawner. You see it is a realistic farm.
